I'm laughing sometimes about everything. is that normal?

Very often i just start to laugh about everything, even if it's not funny. I want to stop but it's very difficult for me to do. Is someone like me behaving the same way i do?

    I do that when im nervous and when im not sure how to respond to someone. Our interpersonal skills are lacking.
