I'm scared of turtles is this normal

I just imagine them all of a sudden speeding up and killing me by ripping out my neck arteries after jumping onto my shoulder or eating me slowly from my feet till nothing is left.

As long as you can outrun them, you're fine. Just don't copy the hare, that would not end for your benefit.

Me too, I thought I was the only one. I rescued one from the middle of a free way in a drought. Firstly, the little cunt bit me, secondly, holy fuck, the stench! I ended up selling the car because I could never get rid of the smell. It forever lingered like putrid water drip torture. Now I run the cunts over.

You have a seriously overactive imagination and too much time on your hands to write such stupid garbage.

you might have something known as Chelonaphobia (in easier words, fear of turtles) I think you should talk to a therapist about this. See what's really going on. (that's if you want to talk to one that is)

turtles can be aggressive. normal. but gators and crocodiles seem more likely to do that.

Huh! A very active imagination! This is likely an example of having a fear of something because you don't have a lot of familiarity with it. Snapping turtles could certainly bite you, but only if you mess with them or accidentally step too near them under water or something. I've never heard of that actually happening. Surely people are in turtle-infested water more often than shark-infested water. I had a science teacher with a tile moat that he kept snappers in. It was also my homeroom, so I got to be around them a lot. I guess he figured it was one of the few animals that he could keep that high school kids would respect!

ROTFLMAO...if your afraid of snapping turtles that is one thing but if you're afraid of box turtles that something entirely different.

  • Those type of turtles are only in Australia. So, if you don't live there, you're safe. Good news, right. :D
