It is normal that I have a real fear of pooing cause I was did and it smelt like cheese and I threw up all over my dog. Now he gives me odd looks and won't talk to me like he used to. I can't poo now and am really constipated... HELP!!!

    No no its grand, hold it in for a little while longer. you will find favour with the God of No Shitting.
