I miss the 90s

The 90s seemed like such a special time to me. I really miss how America was back then. Everything from the cars, the clothes, how much more people socialized then, the music, less security everywhere you went. It just seemed like such a legendary era. I sometimes feel sad that my kids wont get to grow up in that same world.

    The nineties were pretty great. Music was much better compared to today's and there wasn't a sense of impending doom like there is today. People seemed less fearful and kinder to one another. Hopefully that comes back again.

      You put it so well "there wasnt a sense of impending doom". You could turn on the TV and not get lectured and the news wasnt always telling you we were gonna die. Things were so relaxed.

      The cars were nice. People were still driving a lot of cars from the 70s and 80s. Nobody really drove 90s cars where I live. I love those oldschool American trucks

        90s Cars are extremely boring-looking, IMO. Tired of seeing them around. Atleast the new cars are incredibly aggressive-looking, which is clearly cooler.

          I do like new looking cars. From 1990-2009 cars especially trucks have been ugly.

          But where I lived no one drove 90s trucks in the 90s. No one had that kind of money everyone still droves 70s and 80s trucks which are a lot nicer and better quality.

            Yeah, definitely. 90s-00s Cars look like jellybeans with wheels. In the 2010s, the soft details were replaced with more sharp ones.

    I love how many boomers are here, great fun. I would have loved to see the nineties if what you guys say about the music and the optimism is true

      People with fond memories of the 80s/90s would be Gen X. Boomers would be fond of 60s/70s.
