I need to flex my ass when i sit in certain positions or it hurts
Male 22. Something like slouching will expose my tailbone to the chair and it ends up hurting if I don't flex my ass a bit. It's basically second nature now but I wonder how normal it is. My body is perfectly healthy and fit (I'm 5' 10'' and I weigh 160) but my ass is so small. It hurts to try and do sit-ups on a hardwood floor too. In that situation, even flexing my ass can't stop the pain in my tailbone. How common is this? I do squats and run on the treadmill but I still have no like ass muscle. It isn't like Hank from that show though I'm pretty sure.
