I never have time. how busy is too busy?

I almost always eat while I'm doing some other work or task, such as cleaning, organizing bills, or checking in on work (we've been so busy at work that sometimes I have to check in on a weekend).

It takes me 3 days to watch a 2 hour movie. I do not have a 2 hour window of free time to watch it all in one sitting.

I have to take care of my parents, or even just clean up after my dad because he always makes a mess whether it's when he tries to make food or tries to do something with our car - I have to clean up the mess he leaves behind.

I have hobbies but I can never take time for them. I'm so extremely busy all the time.

This can't be normal?
