I observed that I'm aloof, I avoid eye contact from people and I hide myself from other people I keep myself confined. I always wondered why I'm aloof, is aloof ever normal?

    I was once dscribed as aloof and I actually thanked the person as it showed my attempts to repel company were working!

    I make a point of looking people in the eye when I meet them, especially men. Otherwise they think I’m afraid of them (because I’m small and female), I always stare guys right in the eye until they look away first
