On rare occasions, I'll take a piss and then suddenly my dick starts farting and shit comes out! It freaks me the fuck out honestly, but it only happens once in a while so I'm not to worried about it. Should I be? This happens maybe once a week and only if I'm having diarrhea, and it's just diarrhea that comes out of my dick.
You have a fistula. In other words, a hole between your prostate and rectum. Get that fixed before it fucks you up.
I feel like I have diarrhea, and then I feel a sudden urge to take a piss instead of a dump. Which I find rather strange. Then, I'll take a piss, which is piss at first.
Then comes the weird dick farts. Like actual fart noises and smell coming from my dick. Then, the diarrhea starts coming out of my dick. It's actually shit, smells like shit, and clearly is shit. It's very weird
