I get these feeling like there is microphones or cameras in my house.

Let me explain. I don't always feel like this but especially when under stress I get these feelings of cameras or microphones hidden in my house.

I do not think its a conspiracy by the government, im sure they have better things to do but I rent a house and sometimes get feelings that the landlords have hidden cameras, but more feel it is microphones. Its not a complete obsession as I have not pulled apart my home looking for them but I just get these feelings. Like sometimes when talking with them they seem to know conversations I had with people in my home.

    I am a paranoid person and I ended up thinking someone was listening through my phone or someone who I was talking about in the safety of my own home was listening to me through my window where they would never be. Also, I would think people talking to me could read my mind or something like that. I do not necessarily think it's rare for these thoughts to occure, but it is not normal either. I struggle with this paranoia, but lately I have been identifying it and trying to face this witthout getting quieter or moving my phone to another room or even closing a window. If I do these things it will reinforce the idea of this paranoia being real. Some people suffering through this could get help by going to therapy. There's nothing about this to be ashamed of at all if you are going through stuff like what I described. If it gets to the point where these fears are almost controlling your life I would strongly suggest therapy.

    I feel this same way. Is it healthy? No. Is it normal? Not really but I'd say with the direction the world and crime is moving in, I'd say over time these feelings will become more and more normal since its likely to become more and more possible

    Casually mention your plans to skip rent for months until legal eviction and then burn the place down. You'll find out soon enough if they are listening.
