I play football and if i lose i smash the ball at a person

I play football for a club and have a very short tempher and when I play our team is very succeseful and we lose 1 time every 6 months then I go mad and smash the ball as hard as I can so it will hit the opponont so hard it will paralise them for 5 seconds. I need help do you think I sould just face the fact I lose or lose my tempher in a good way.

    Yes, it's normal that losing upsets you. Throwing temper tantrums won't do you any good though, you should learn to control yourself. Let that anger, instead of doing something hateful/hurtful with it, fuel you into doing something productive with it such as training harder so that maybe you can win next time.
