I poop in my dream

I have a frequent dream about pooping. I happen to be in a stall or at my home loo pooping and relaxed and waking up brings in a fear of pooping my pants. Iin?
Is there a way to stop those dreams? I tried pooping before going to bed to minimize the chances of dirtying my bed but the dreams did not stop.

    You poop in my dreams too and I'd like you to please stop.

    The raccoon in the go-cart ran it over and made quite a mess.
