I prefer my chips to have a smaller amount of dip/toppings
I like to be able to taste both the chip and the dip/toppings, and for them not to overwhelm the texture of the chip.
I have seen something online a few times that says nachos should be spread out rather than stacked so that you get more toppings, but I actually like the stacked nachos, as it allows for just the right topping to chip ratio. Usually the top chips are overloaded, so I take the chips with less hardly anything and scoop from the top.
What do you think?
