For some reason, I prefer showering with the bathroom lights off. However, I don't do this very often because I'm afraid somebody else might walk into the bathroom thinking it was unoccupied. IIN?
I do too. It's like a water massage spa treatment.
Sometimes if I feel like I need a stress reliever, I take a shower in the dark with some cheap-o glowstick bracelets (So I can see what I'm doing) around my wrists and ankles and I put my ipod under a towel/in a bag hooked up to some speakers in the room playing some really relaxing music on blast.
Soooooooo gooooood.
I do this. I mean, I'll have some light source like from a window or candles or something, but yes I prefer lights off in the bathroom to shower. Lights on just seems unnecessary.
Noooo it sounds scary. I've got this stupid thought that whenever I close my eyes when I'm suddying up my hair, when I open my eyes slender mans going to be there or something. Aaargh!
i love showering in the dark and ive been doing it for a while now. i prefer complete darkness, no light, although sometimes i like showering at dusk/dawn when its misty and has very cool tones. i dont like orange lights. also ive become so used to it that i hardly knock into the wall or drop bottles or soaps. its almost like a form of meditation, something where you can detach yourself from the world and let your mind wonder.
I once walked into my friend's mother using the toilet in the dark with the door slightly ajar, I think it's perfectly normal.
I do this almost every time I shower! I never realized it wasn't common until someone pointed it out. I'm so glad someone else does it too lol.
Also is this normal?
If I'm really tired in the morning before work, I'll sometimes lay a towel on the bathroom floor and use another towel as a pillow while the shower is on....it was my way of catching a few extra Z's before school when I was a little kid; guess I never grew out of it lol.
