I sleep in a pile of trash
I’m a college student and have a tiny room... started out with a futon but it got cluttered with clothes, fast food wrappers, soda cans, pizza boxes. So I literally sleep in trash now.

Having a clean and pleasant space to exist in is very good for your mental health. I know it sounds extremely lame but I promise you that it's true.
Hey! It's good to be back. I had a quick scan through the recent posts and I'm pleased to see that this place is still as depraved as ever
Yeah, you didn't miss anything. It might be getting worse.
That aside, IIRC, you were getting ready ti have a baby last time you were here? Everything go well on that?
Yes, it was a pretty standard birth, I was lucky. Although I forgot how tiring the newborn stage is. I've been running on coffee and adrenaline for weeks now. And also wine. I've decided that it's ok to drink wine while breastfeeding. Yay for me.
I do not think it would hurt the baby at this point.
It is good things went well and yes, the newborn stage is tiring. I remember being a newborn myself and the amount of work it was. I had to scream, cry, shit and piss my diapers, keep my parents up at night, get sick a lot...
OHHHH wait! You mean tiring for the parents. OK, I feel silly now.
Now people, do not give the OP a hard time, he is waiting for his mother to come and clean his room.
So you are studying to become a professional vagrant. Start in LA or San Francisco. You will be with a large company of like minded people. Start practicing using the sidewalks for your toilet it will come in handy later.
I wouldn't say that your existence amongst filth is normal by any stretch of the imagination, however it is quite common.
HAHA See, not living off mummy anymore, gotta clean up after yourself now.
Why dont you like, I don't know, put the trash in some sort of container, a sort of "trash can" if you will.
Then you wouldn't be sleeping in trash and you might be less likely to get sick and stuff.
Call me crazy but I think it just might work.
