I slobber over the back of my fingers, then smell it. is that normal?

I use my teeth to pluck the hair on the back of my fingers. This gets spit all over the back side of my fingers. It dries quickly, but the smell is very distinctive, and it's stronger when I have bad breath.

I really enjoy that smell, and I sometimes even close my eyes as I get a good sniff of the half-dried spit off the back of my fingers.

Is this normal, or at least acceptable?
