I think about my own death all the time.
It's been a problem for a while now. Every time I think about dying I feel like I'm going to throw up. The thought of never ever existing again is just so horrifying to me.

I think about stuff like that when i get really pshysically sick, mainly really bad headaches. it scares me for sure and i'm way too young to be thinking about stuff like that. @thegypsysailor it's not like it's a thing people think about constanly it's just normal to fear death it's instinctual.
There is only one certain thing in your life; death. All the rest are variables. So what's the point of worrying and obsessing about what will surely be your end? Put that energy into living, so when your time comes, as it most certainly will, you won't have any regrets.
I've found that losing one's fear of death has been a freeing experience. Now I do whatever I please, because I'm not limiting my life by a fear of dying.
