I think all my co workers hate me

I'm quiet at work but everyone I work tries to avoid me by taking everything they need for work and avoiding going near me as much as possible. A few said directory to me that "Where else could I go because I don't want to go to the trailer?"(I work in a trailer). I personally don't like a few of my co workers because I get annoyed when they bug me to bring lots of food to work or ask if they could eat my lunch. Or always complain about the food they bring to work.

    I've just taken a new job and most often I avoid my coworkers. I do it purposely. When I do meet them, like in the morning when I arrive, I do put on a genuine smile so that they know that there's no hard feeling.

    Maybe there is something about your body language and attitude that repulse people.

    In most cases there are 2 fundamental issues that cause the situation you are describing.

    First I would like you to review this Zig Ziggler video as it has one of the common causes.

    Second. Many people lack good people skills and don't relate well with other people, which often causes the kind of situation that you describe.

    I suggest that you get the book "How To Win Friends & Influence People in the Digital Age" by: Dale Carnegie & Associates.

    I also recommend the book "Skill With People" by Les Giblin (which is much shorter, but has some of the essentials).

    I actually reread both books about every year (and some years I have reread them several times in my quest to improve my people skills).

    Now, you could have both issues; or perhaps its a rare case of something else.

    My coworkers at my last job almost all hated me for no reason and I couldn't care less. Life is too short. If you don't like working there, find a better job

      I remember this one co-worker I had that would roll his eyes at me every time I passed by. He started doing that because one time I asked him to help clean up a yogurt spill. He got so whiny about cleaning up the yogurt. After that he stopped talking to me. His reasoning was that he noticed I was "fake" and a "liar".

      I've also had other less than fun co-workers who disliked me over looking younger than 30+, buying a Versa Note, and cutting my hair.

      People hate others for such dumb reasons. XD

        Lol I'm in my 30s I had a coworker at my last job the same age as me also act bitchy towards me, I think it was because I looked 20, she looked 45. People are so weird they get upset over superficial things. They all need to lighten up

    It’s a vibe man. Like when I’m at work I’m trying to be as productive and positive as I can, hell if I gotta be there I want to make it as enjoyable as possible. When I work with some people with really negative attitudes it is a buzzkill and the time starts to drag. Remember the easiest way to make a friend is to be a friend and always be friends with yourself, that way if you are alone, you’ll be having fun. Focus on contentment, gratitude.

      I work in retail and feel the same way about some of my current coworkers. Everyone is always so angry and negative. XD

    I feel you should be happy they dont come in there. If they annoy you its better they dont come in. I avoid going to the dispatch office at work as well even tho I like most of the ppl in there.
