I didn't have glasses so I watched the sun with my bare eyes for a couple minutes total I saw little brown spots floating which i thought was okay but now i have blind spots when i look straight ahead
You've burned your retinas, you'll either go blind or have very bad vision for the rest of your life.
During an eclipse the sun's ray isn't as scattered as any other normal day, but more narrowed into a beam as the moon covers it little by little. It's very dangerous to look at the sun directly during this time because of this concentrated beam of light. Looking at it even for a few seconds can cause damage, but you wont know until months later how bad the damage truly is. Since you're seeing symptoms of damage now, you'll get worse as the months progress due to burning the cells in your eyes. Start going to the eye doctor now and see if they can lessen some of the damage while it's still early.

Well, I went to an opthamologist instead of an optometrist for my last eye exam, and I'm glad I did, because he discovered that I have sun damage in my left eye. I'm at a risk for skin cancer, so I basically need to always wear sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat when I'm outside during the day. If I hadn't gone to the opthamologist the sun damage might not have been found.

I feel so bad for you. You poor thing. I personally value the sense of smell over sight so I would suggest developing a bad breath fetish like I have and relying less on your sense of sight for happiness.

To an extent, eyes are like our muscles. You rehab an injury through physical therapy and rest. Most likely, it will go away...but try focusing on something very close, like maybe holding a finger right up to your eyes and focus on the hair. Then focus on something mid range...then a more far sight. As well, find a space with one color... maybe like a white wall.
