In my experience very few people who promise to keep something secret actually do. Even if they only tell one other person and so on. I tend to believe that if more than one person knows, it's not a secret anymore.
Yeah some people are blabber mouths. As well as that if someone knows you secret and try to force you to tell other people they are probably judging you. I told my friend about something personal and they said they were fine and would keep it secret. They convinced me to tell our other friend even though I was not comfortable sharing with anyone beside them. They said they were okay but eventually got angry and told everyone even new people. I no longer have any faith or trust in any person alive.
I'm good with secrets. I hold so many for so many different people, some even on here. ^-^
