She was handing out cookies for international women's day and I asked if she would be handing them out on November as well, for international men's day. She gave me a weird look so i told her to fuck off.
What's stopping you from handing out cookies on international men's day? Are you so uninterested in the cause that you can't even be arsed to make some cookies and expect some random woman from work to do it for you? Wow, the cause is obviously really close to your heart...

Also if you think people who hand out cookies to raise awareness about some political agenda are assholes then my question to you would be did you take a cookie? If you think it's an asshole move to do something to promote a political agenda in the workplace then then it would of course be hypocritical for you to take a cookie.
I don't care for people to promote their political, or religious agendas myself at work, so I try to do stay out of those discussions.
If you really just wanted a cookie then your best move would be to accept a cookie, simply say, "thanks for the cookie", and leave it at that. If you want to say something about her cause then you just look like an entitled jerk if you take a cookie, and then give her shit.

The people who star in pornographic movies actually have very high rates of substance abuse, and suicide amongst their ranks. It's a very soul crushing line of work. Most porn actors come from broken homes, and a history of abuse, neglect and molestation.

I cant blame the porn producers tho. They aren't forcing any girls to do it. They give them what they promise the girls, fame and fortune. It pays great. What pays even better for them is the escorting. Because rich businessmen and politicians will pay them big money for a fun night. They make a lot of money from escorting to their rich fans.
