I try to talk to my dead mom

My mom died when i was five years old. Im 21 now...iam having a hard tome in life. I desperately and while sobbing, ask the heavens? Or god? Or my mom? Mostly my mom to help me. Logicaly i know she can't. But i try anyways. I still need her so much. Everyday. Is it normal to ask for her help? Even though she's gone...

I talk to my dead grandpa ad one of my friends from hih school who passed away. But he is happy with his mother in heaven and my grandpa is happy with his other family members. Sometimes I'm very upset that I'm still alive, and it's hard to accept how cold life and reality is when they'e all up there. Sometime I curse how much I hate life and hope they can hear me. But I could never leave my mom and my friends behind, they care about me the most. I think my friend in heaven reminds me that my mom needs me to be with her now, like he is with his mom. But I still can't help getting mad sometimes and think of the easiest ways to kill myself, even though I know I wont follow through cause of the guilt.

I agree that you can still have her, but you also have to face reality, and nurture yourself in other ways. I feel really bad for you. My parents divorced when I was 6 mos. old, and then my mother remarried when I was 7 years old, and left me with my grandparents, so I grew up without both of them.

Hey man your mom is with you. You might not know it but she is there. She could be standing by you at this very moment with a hand right on your shoulder or sitting beside you at the table while you're eating breakfast. She is around, acknowledge it with a "Good morning mom" when you wake up and a "Goodnight mom" when you go to bed. Your mom loves you and she's always gonna be there for you whether you can see her or not.
