While lack of Vitamin D can cause fatigue; its just one of many things.

I suspect that you have other deficiencies in your diet and exercise (even light walking can do wonders).

You really need to see a Dr and have them look at the more common reasons people feel fatigued. Beyond that it can be a long search as there are so many possibilities and often testing can be very expensive (and insurance may limit that).

I wish you the best with this...

Stop taking them. There's been increasing evidence Vitamin D does not help and may even be harmful.

I tossed them 3 days ago, hope I didn't harm myself too much, the leg fatigue seems to be fading:) ..is it my Imagination?

Maybe you don't need it or the fatigue is for some other reason.
I dont know what units mean (i'm not american nor english) but I take vitamin D myself and I take 1 tablet a day. As far as I know that's all you're supposed to take but it likely depends various factors.
Personally I feel sick if I take any vitamin on an empty stomach so if you don't take it after a meal then that might be the reason for any negative reactions. It's probably a good idea either way to start with a lower dose and to speak to your doctor. Ask for a test to check what deficiencies you have.

Don’t see a doctor, they can’t be trusted.

Stop taking them. My father had the same experience and it got better when he went back to his usual diet. Talk to your doctor about it
