I don't see the point of changing anymore, or showering. I don't have a job and my mom doesn't care what I do in my room (it's a walled in space under the stairs). She thinks I'm working remotely on my computer but I'm really just playing games. I don't leave until I need to buy food, and I piss in bottles.
What’s your plan for when your mother eventually finds out you’re not working?
This isn't good. I have a friend who is going down a similar path, and I can tell it's negatively affecting his mental health. I think adults that are capable of being productive should be (not only because it's good to contribute to society and pull your own weight, and to be able to take care of yourself, but also because I've seen people decline when they have too much free time on their hands and their minds start to wander too much), and that everyone should practice basic hygiene. In fact, I've heard a lack of hygiene is typically a sign of mental health issues, which would not surprise me at all (and I have no doubt it contributes to them as well, considering I can't imagine anyone could feel good with poor hygiene). Holing yourself up all day in what I assume is likely a dark room, in front of a computer screen, is also unhealthy in many ways.
It's also really shameful that you're lying to your mother about having a job and choose to play games all day instead. Like Skulls said, what is your plan for when she finds out what's really going on? Also, what happens if for some reason you no longer have her support? You never know what life can bring.
It's your life. If that's how you want it to be then go far it. I'd quote PurpleHoneycomb here, at least shower. Not taking care of yourself results in problems.
I use to get dressed for school at night and then go to sleep in the clothes. The school bus came at like 6:35. This way I could just walk right outside without doing anything in the morning. Sleep on the bus. Then sleep more when I got there.
