I want to change my religion to get out of my country, is it normal?

I really don't like the place I'm living at .I'm a Muslim and my dad is a christian and it's hard for me to live abroad because of my society and family, my father told me that if I convert my religion to be a Christian then I'll be able to go out, I know it's stupid and complicated but I can't write the whole story of how I'm Muslim and my dad is a Christian, should I do it or not?

    I don't see why you would have to convert to move to another country? Your religion is your business, no one else's.

      Because there's someone I know in America who I can live with and could take care of me but he's a priest and my dad trust him and he told my dad if I change my religion then I can go there and live with him and study there, I really don't like the place I'm living in now

    Since faith doesn't seem to be a strong consideration you should probably do whatever is going to make you the most happy.

      Do you think I should do it? My mom told me that it's not good to do that, and my dad told me that it's okay :/ I think I'm lost between them but I really want to live abroad I don't want to stay here because of my relatives they're so annoying

        Changing to a religion you don't really believe in is probably not a good idea then. I hope you are able to find another way.
