I want someone who can go down on me, and eat me just like I want. Is it normal to have that desire from a female to another?

Yes, absolutely. To me, it’s normal for someone to have a sexual attraction to another person, regardless of what their gender is. I’m not into guys, but I still think it’s perfectly normal for one guy to be into other men. Same with women or transgender people.
Women know more about what a women likes having done to them so they would focus on that so yes it is normal to want the right tool for the job.
