I want to lose weight.

im not fat. but im not skinny, either. this april, i want to drop at least 10 lbs for my boyfriend cause he's coming home from the military. he loves me for the way i am... buuuuuuut i still want him to be like "wow! You're different" today is the 21st of February. Any help to lose that much weight in that much time? I'm NOT gonna starve myself or make myself throw up.

    You have two months? That's doable in a healthy way. The maximum recommended weight loss is about 2 lbs a week (approximately 1000 calories a day). 500 should be cut from your diet, and 500 more burned from increased activity. There's lots of info available on what to eat.

    Stop eating wheat. Don't go all gluten free, that isn't necessary, but add more protein and fat to your diet and limit carbs. And, of course, exercise.

    Cut out all sugar and carbs from your diet. Increase in fruit, raw vegetables and protein as well as a daily exercise routine. You don't have to go crazy, just a consistent jog around somewhere every day would be sufficient :)

    Just exercise and limit your calorie intake.
    Losing weight takes time and not sure how much time you have.

    If you can't accomplish your goal by the time he comes home,
    I'd just suggest getting a nice haircut.
