I use facebook a lot and one day it didn't work and i felt so disconnected and i had this need to update my status and i couldn't. so i updated my twitter that my facebook wasn't working. is this a trend, people telling the internet what they are doing every 5 mins? i'm normal, right? oh i love this website!

No. I believe that sometimes people need their privacy and I don't agree with sharing too much of ourselves to strangers. It's your life so whatever you choose to do with it is your business.
Um, get a life, sweetie! If all you ever do is update your social networking pages, what the hell do you have to say in the first place? Do you post to FaceBook - "I just updated my Twittshite account" and vica-versa? Go get a life in the real world before it's too late. And maybe get a job too, while you're at it.
