Two weeks ago i was robbed on my way home, it was a masked male with an crossbow.

I got away with my nokia and my keys, i bet he was disapointed. But before he left he shot me in my knee.

I used to be an normal guy then i took an arrow to the knee.

Now i am halting and i am scared of going outside, Is it normal to be afraid of leaving your home?

    Sorry to hear about your mugging and the arrow to the knee. OUCH ! It's normal to be scared but you can't let this dictate the rest if your life. Mustard up the courage to go outside again. Don't let your assailant win by becoming a shut in. Good luck...you CAN do it.
