I was tied and gagged as a punishment

When I was 13, if I was too loud, I would get tied up and gagged by my parents. I was tied up and gagged in the living room to a chair so everyone can see. The gag was lots of clear tape. My brother thought this was hilarious. All I could do was make "mmmmph" noises, and he would tease me for it. It was humiliating. I would be left like that for hours sometimes depending on how loud I was. What do you think about this?
