I wipe my bum with my hand

I went to live in India for a couple of months, and whilst over there I decided to take up some of the local customs.

They showed me how to wipe with my hand (no toilet paper), and when I came back home my bum just felt really dirty when I used loo paper. I was able to scoop out a lot more shit with my hands.

Does anyone else do this? I think it's a healthier, cleaner option tbh. Esspecially if there's a river/ beach near by where you can rinse you hand off.

    Because countries like India still have the plague, typhoid, cholera and other disease we dont. Because weve evolved past touching shit with our bare hands. Oh and India still mostly doesnt have toilets and still treats widows like crap. So maybe they arent the best cultures to emulate. WE dont care if you are offended that i hate disease

No problem I live in Thailand they have bowl with water that you use to wipe your ass left hand only Its not bad when you get use to it. I would away from base in a Thai village and had to do like a Thai. They have the lowest rate anal cancer

Nearly every toilet here in Thailand has "bum gun" or a water cistern to wash after having a shit. In fact most of the East has the same or similar system. They think wiping your backside with just paper is dirty!

        I think one should use tp, then spritz bottle, then tp again. Then wash hands.
        The only way hands is ok is with a disposable glove

Pretty much. I used my hand before, at the end of the day I'd rather just wash my hands over my clothes that smell like poo. Easy decision. I mean it works but you gotta wet your hand first and really it's a hassle
