So I slept at around midnight last night. I was wearing a tshirt and underwear (both very comfortable) and when I woke up at 5am my panties were at one of my ankles and I have no idea what happened. I never did anything like this before so I doubt I did it myself. It wasn't even that hot, I was actually cold when I woke up. This is really weird and creepy and I don't think it's normal.
