Ideas on where to meet interesting and fun people?

I went through two groups of friends in the past year and am looking for something different.The first group i spent time with was crass, untrustworthy, and drama ridden. Everyone in that group seemed to have huge issues with with one another,but they never seemed to have the balls to truly confront those issues. After about 3 years of hanging around in that bafoonary being the odd one out, since i was the only one not in the special needs program (no joke) i decided to find another more mature group of people, and i did. The second group i assimilated in was not only mature but smart too, most having big dreams, planning things like volunteer work, nature walks with friends (which we did go on) and debates rather than the penis size discussions that my previous group was extremely fond of. As we graduated and things came to a close, our shared company is fewer and further between. We still have a great time when we get the chance but its for sure that i will need to find other people to fill my time.

Any recommendations on where i can get to meet and befriend interesting people? I think i have explored enough of the social cosmos of the immature and mature and would like to get to know people who are a little to the middle because i want to have fun too. People who are relatable but, not a mess, who are smart, but not braggadocios, who keep up with the times and have no problem going from discussing the deep philosophical foundations of life to niki minaj's new boob job.Any Ideas on where i can find someone who meets this criteria or at least close
