If a guy says he will prove how straight he is what does he mean?

So, I had a guy freind who I asked a few times if they were gay as they kept implying certain situations between them and men. They kept saying "I'll show you how straight I am". Which I find super alarming because they tried to insist they were very straight and said they would show me thier straightness. Which I like how does one prove that? Did he mean he was going to grab an none consenting female and force her to let him touch her or like what? What does that even mean?

      I did tell them I was pan so if they gay I not gonna judge but they keep pulling this "I'm so macho bs".

    Why don’t you ask him? It seems very odd to me for him to say he could prove it, because even a bi guy could get a girl pregnant.

      Well, I kind of just ignored the behavior. They also later on started flirting and I asked them to stop. They insisted all male freinds act very sexual towards other males. Which again makes me question how straight they are. Started putting a distance and gave them a rule to keep hands to selves and respect my personal space.
