If cis gender people (people who identify as gender assigned at birth) say they don't believe in more than two genders should they be fined, arrested or something else?

I personally think being arrested is a little too much although it's arrestable in some places now I still think that's too much. As a non-binary person myself I think fined is okay but not arrested and I don't even think the fine should be much.

Also should it be a fineable offense if someone writes something like there are only two genders on social media - Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, tiktok? Or should it result in being banned only?

I'm writing about this for my topic of choice for a class. Thank you.

How about fine/institutionalize the minority who are complaining about this rather than the 99.3% of people who were born with the normal trait of being the same sex as their bodies?

  It's not 99% it's a lot more than that and my guess is 10 years from now we will be the majority. I'm just writing on a topic that means a lot to me, there are speculation of punishment and some places do expel, ban or do more but I'm wondering what you all think and particularly interested in those who chose other. I'd like to know what they think would fit best. If you have any other suggestions let me know. I don't mean severe like death penalty or anything I mean minor or moderate ones. It's very much like racism and there is still a lot of resistance or homophobia in people who don't want to accept this.

    It's nothing like racism. It's a mental illness that affects a minority. Thinking it will become the majority is just lunacy, life is way bigger than your liberal arts college. So no the majority will not want to make it illegal for shit they might do in the future. It's like giving out tickets for cursing. No one wants to make it an offense because it's our right to be as much of an asshole as we want.

How about a flip flop. Since even by your standard and answer to LA, the majority of people even if it was only 60% still believe there are only two genders.

So maybe they should lock up or fine those that believe differently. That's the problem with the woke generation and movement, they just simply believe if you don't believe or agree with them, then you are simply wrong and should be punished.

If the current leaders and previous generations believe this way there would be no change, ever. Anyone who disagrees or has a different opinion would already be locked up or silenced. Welcome to the communist world.

People already suffer consequences for being an ass. Especially in the modern era with the internet. Arresting or fining someone for being an asshole is totalitarian.

Completely ridiculous to even consider this as a thing.

Arresting or fining someone for having an opinion which doesn't fit the narrative of the "correct" side of the argument is simply draconian.

Also, if this were to become a thing in the USA, it would impact hugely on the validity of the 1st ammendment, thereby making such a reform unconstitutional.

People who identify as the gender assigned at birth, based on chromosomes and plumbing, are not "cis gender", they are "normal" people. The other people who identify with things like a chair, need to be locked up in asylums. If you "trust the science" over this "pandemic" and vaccines, then you have to trust the science on chromosome based gender.

There are two sexes, with a very rare chance of being born inbetween (intersex).

Sexualities, on the other hand, are an actual other thing that people are(bisexual, asexual, gay, etc), many such examples residing on this site.

I'm not aware of any extra genders, but maybe I'm just not up with the times.

  Problem with labeling intersex people as (inbetween) is that the kind of intersex that would cause that is extremely rare even in the intersex population. Regular intersex people are still born with their tackle and are more likely to identify as cisgendered. If that doesnt show off that it's a mental condition rather than a physical one idk what will... maybe a brick to the head.
