If supreme court rules
The supreme court just ruled that the EPA can not create climate regulations themselves because the constitution says that laws should be made by congress. The EPA will have the authority to enforce climate regulations made by congress but not make them themselves. For a long time now politicians have been using beaurocrats to escape accountability. Now they have to either put a vote on it or not. They cant just blame it on the CDC, FDA, EPA or whatever other 3 letter organization any longer. This affects all government agencies. I believe this ruling is actually in line with the constitution but does that even matter if its a bad ruling?
If the supreme court rules in favor of the constitution are you for it IF the ruling goes against your own agenda? Or is the constitution against your agenda for that matter?
