I also vote Putin. I have no idea what sort of asshole would replace him, but hopefully it would be someone with at least a tenuous grasp on reality and one whose greatest aspiration isn't to reset the world back to 1990.

Unfortunately, Putin is not a soft target. Nobody wants to damage the Kremlin, or St. Basil’s Cathedral. These represent centuries of rich Russian culture. Crimes against civilization should be avoided.
Perhaps exile to a luxury ice castle by the Arctic Ocean paid for by his hidden assets would be workable. Putin’s lower IQ American friend, Donald Trump, is in exile at the Mar-a-Lago hotel. Same general bullshit; Trump just caused fewer casualties.

Oh, a lot are. But she could also have been made evil. I heard about her on the deadly women documentary. It was said that she abused by her mother, as well as molested.
And it isn't surprising. There was a 17 year old serial killer that murdered a bunch children, and is walking free and had a child of her own.
