Those who spray chemtrails all over us and mess with the ionosphere using HAARP, which causes fathomless environmental problems and is a major force behind messed up weather. Those who continue to deforest the planet causing untold devastation to animals and nature. Those who perpetuate an oil industry needlessly whilst holding patents for clean, safe alternatives that don't create oil catastrophes. Those devastating our planet with genetically modified foods. And many, many more... Whether painless or not would be a case by case decision!

No, I wouldn't end somebody's life because I wouldn't like it to happen to me and so I presume other people wouldn't like it to happen to them. Why would I go around doing things that people dislike? I'm not Lil Wayne.
Although, if you were investing people with the power to kill and everyone answering this with a choice of someone to kill were to go through with it then, logically, I'd have to choose to kill you because one life lost is better than many, and especially if the life lost is the one who'd have been responsible for all the other murder.
I don't have a list, but your question would have bumped you up it if I had one, and bumped you off if it was to happen.
I would but I would have to think of who to kill first. I could either kill an enemies which causes me trouble or I could better humanity and kill a blood thirsty criminal. So I could either be selfish or I could be generous with this gift.
