is it normal Indians say you're not really indian if you're half white but white people say you're not white you're indian?
What do you do if you're half and half but you're not allowed to call yourself indian or white?
You can call yourself whatever you want. Forget about the idiots that tell you otherwise.
It's 2021, if you can have a beard & a dick while claiming you're a woman then you should be able to consider yourself either an Indian or a White person if you're half this & half that.
It's my understanding that you can call yourself whatever fits for you. Aside from what the so called "rules" are.
The only people without mixed DNA are some of the inbreds in Europe that I’m sure died out long ago.
What you describe is part of the historical discrimination within at least the United States. It's a ugly history; and is not just a providence of the United States as a lot of the world has done similar things at least in the past (and some still currently).
I'd just call you human. I doubt that there are any "pure" anythings out there... We are all of mixed blood in various ways based on our ancestors.
You are mixed. So you can call yourself white or indian because you're both. In the US you arent considered white though unless you are noticeably white. You'd still be that indian guy but youre close enough no one will care. But they wont call you white
White still has a prestigious attitude towards it. As long as you could pass as white you are white. Even if you are 50% white if you look like another race you arent white anymore.
You can thank social class being linked to race for a good chunk of history for that.

My cousin is half native American and it's not caused him any problems. I also have a friend who is Indian and the whiter you are the more attractive you are in Indian culture. So presuming you mean Indian like you said then enjoy it its a good thing.
Technically East Indians are Caucasians. You are simultaneously both White, and Indian.
