If you were stranded on a deserted island and all you had was a back pack the clothes you were wearing and what ever was in you pocket. What would you want your back pack and pockets to be filled with? How long do you think you would live for? Would you get rescued?
Nice. Ok, so I want the following things in my backpack.
Some nice food and some booze. And in my pocket? The keys for my yacht, docked nearby.
Ok, on a serious note. I'm stranded.
Canned food, some water, a knife, a lighter, a compass, a jacket, a flare gun and a bottle of strong booze. That's in the backpack. And in my pockets: Satellite phone (charged), another lighter and a swiss army knife.
A pillow and thats all i need and then i would fall asleep. I would rather like not being rescued.
That is interesting. That is how the idea for Gilligan's Island was first conceived. Sherwood Schwartz had an assignment, in college, where he had to describe what he would like to have if he were alone on a deserted island.
A phone with signal, a knife, canned food, some water bottles, a flare gun, flares, and a mini solar power thing with an mp3. :D
