If you were to emigrate, wich country would you go to?

I know there are similar questions already, but I got the feeling they're incomplete. Therefor I'm asking it a little different.

If you could pick any country in the world you'd want to live EXCEPT FOR YOUR OWN COUNTRY, where would you go? I repeat, DO NOT PICK YOUR OWN COUNTRY.

In previous similar polls most people were picking their own country, simply for the reason "I live there". I think that makes the results unreliable.

Where in the world would you want to live, and why?

I'm tempted to try and get away with Wales, but that would be cheating a bit :P

Canada sounds pretty cool, so I'd probably go there. I also like the US, Australia and New Zealand. I'd have to go to an English-speaking
country because I'm terrible with languages :P

      Wales would be awesome!
Australia no, everything there wants to kill you lol.
Id also maybe do Canada. NZ is good they have the biggest chocolate chip cookies ever.
If I could learn the languages Denmark, Iceland and Sweden and Norway have it together. Certain parts of Spain and Italy would have great climates..
Damn now I cant make up my mind.

I was just joking! You must have listed every possible option in the biggest poll ever, good effort!! I think I would choose Denmark, cos Danes are great.

I'm really enjoying sailing the islands of the eastern Caribbean. I think that if I had to move ashore, it would be Grenada.
The island rarely gets hurricanes, so we wouldn't have to rebuild our house every 5 years, there is a medical college here, the government is stable, the standard of living is pretty high so there is little crime, transportation is cheap and reliable and the people are friendly. Fresh fruit and veges are cheap and there are plenty of things to do on the island, like hiking, swimming, snorkeling, fishing and the rum is cheap.

I'd move to England. The only languages I know are English and Spanish. England in general sounds like a better place than the U.S.

I already emigrated from Lithuania to UK. But if I was to emigrate again, I would move to Finland.

P.S. Who voted Lithuania? I'm really curious to know why.

Canada, because it's the only country I could get to without having to fly. (I have a fear of flying, and planes.)

Uh, if you can get to Canada without flying, how do you think you would get to Mexico? Or all of Central and South America? oops!

"it's the only country I could get to without having to fly" doesn't sound like an example to me, obviously. If you misspoke, admit your error, don't go bad mouthing me.

Fine. I admit that I probably wasn't thinking when I wrote that and I made a error. I'm just a human, not a machine.
