Just wondering :) I thought this would be a fun question.
I love savory food. Cocktail sausages, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, crisps, pasties, bread, coleslaw, condiments, curry, kebabs, burgers, fries, mashed potato, boiled potato, roast potatoes, pork, chicken, beef, lamb, roast dinner, toast, cheese, full fat milk, fried eggs, boiled eggs poached eggs scrambled eggs, butter, peanut butter, peanuts, cottage cheese, vegetables, gravy, oats, fish baguettes garlic bread, nuggets, chip shop chips, Chinese food, Indian food, soup, fast food, like fried chicken and hamburgers you name it.
As good as that sounds, i am on a 1500 calorie diet and making progress. I have the occasional treat as long as it fits within my calorie allowance so i am very strict when eating just about anything. Whatever goes into my mouth, ends up on a calorie counter.
But to answer your question..I would eat at every opportunity because i just love food! I love how it brings people together, i love how comforting a good meal is, i love how foods taste so differently and i love the feeling of being full, not bloated but enough so you are satisfied. I love how a glass of milk washes down just about anything. what a feeling
Not much different from what I eat presently. I prefer full cream milk and produce, and do not like processed food.
I actually like vegetables so I probably wouldn't change my diet. I may eat more red meat. I've never liked butter, salt, or really sweet things so I am already eating what I want.
