so at my daughter's school they have banned all talking and noise and movement at lunch. EVEN IF IT IS A EMERGENCY. My daughter is now has to serve two weeks of detention during lunch she is not allowed to eat lunch but has to watch the other kids eat because she had diarrhea at lunch because she wasn't allowed to use the toilet. the teacher thought it was bs but is afraid of losing her job for not following protocol.The principal hid in his ofc and wouldn't talk to me.
She is 6!Also no bathroom breaks except for during recess because they are afraid the kids will vandalize the bathroom. so my daughter is peeing and pooping her pants everyday and getting infections.Also she is getting bullied by other kids because she smells.Actually the whole school smells.anyone else having this problem.

      If everyone everywhere in society knew the law and followed it perfectly we wouldnt have any problems, but they dont.
      
      There are countless examples of crazy shit happening everywhere nowadays. That lady Kim Davis is a public clerk and made her official public office policy different from Supreme Court law. She knowingly exposed herself and her public office to legal action.

The worst my school did was force me to eat right handed. It got very messy :-/ . I'm left handed. They thought I was the devil or something like that.

As for your daughters school. Stop sending her there. Homeschool if necessary, but definately find a new school. A school will no ability for your child to express, learn and grow is not a school. It is a prison. Don't watch your child suffer. Take action. (just not illegal stuff)

That's child abuse and abuse of power. If I was you I would pull my baby out of that school and enroll her in a different one or just do home school. And report the school to the board of education too.
