Is it normal 4 young people to like and just relate to someone much older ?

I couldn't find the exact description to fit this question within the title space so I'll elaborate.
I know a guy 53 I think he is but he's so youngish in just about every way really that much younger people even kids just love him , I've even seen preteen girls and teenagers flirting with him , dozens of times. Mind you he's still a pretty good looking guy too, quite cool looking actually, especially for his age although you'd probably guess him at much much younger, so I'm not sure exactly just where that fits either .
But he just has a way about him they seem to love and whatever they think his age is it doesn't seem to even come into it .
His just youngish, stuff he wares , his music, his looks but mostly just the way he is or acts you could say except it isn't acting he is just what he is.

Would it be normal for someone's age to just not even come into it if you if you just have fun with the person, just plain get along and like him, basically that's about the only way I can think of describing him.
He just seems to have fun with just about anyone but especially younger people, they just seem to love him. Maybe it is his looks too I don't know to be honest but he certainly doesn't look or seem old .
