Is it normal angry at millenial daughter for anonymous phone calls/charges to bill?

Their was several charges to information , I know they have to be from the idiot married millennials when they were visiting. My wife says they probably aren't. I drove two hours one way to confront my stepdaughter and her husband about the wrong number/anonymous prank calls to my house because they are always on the internet on there phones and plus they don't like me so it could be them pranking me .

Or it might the neigbour kids that I keep calling the cops and cps from sneaking through my yard. Because a radio host said anonymous callers are always hackers spying on you trying to get your information.They seemed annoyed by the flashlight and the questions about the anonymous calls why they were trying to enjoy their stupid fancy coffee drinks with stupid almond milk and think I dream up ways to make them miserable. I am still mad about the fan and the fact they called me barney fife.I am also mad they were drinking almond milk because that takes money from farmers.
