Is it normal animals think your dying when you sneeze?

I dont understand this but other people have said the same thing happens to them. When I sneeze my dogs and cat will come up to me. The cat will meow and run to me and start rubbing all over and the dogs will bark and come up and start licking all over.

That's interesting. I've lived with cats in the house since birth, various breeds. The max my sneezes ever did was startle them.

    I don't know l'm afraid of cats because I remember once I tried to pet a cat, it scratched my face and bit me.

I swear, when I'm eating, my dogs get excited when I'm about to choke on my food. They don't care I'm about to die.
