Is it normal bumps on upper arms

A lot of tiny bumps on my upper arms. Its not a rash and it doesn't bother me. It feels like goosebumps. They have been there for as long as I can remember, maybe since I was 5 or 6

    It's a minor genetic skin condition called keratosis pilaris. Your skin produces too much keratin. It cannot be cured, it can only be managed. You can exfoliate and use lotion that contains glycerol and urea (those ingredients seem to help).
