Is it normal cant sleep because my room gets hot like a ddamn sauna
It is very hot.
Last night I had pins and needles in my hands a few times and this morning my foot felt heavy and tingly when I woke up and I was possibly dehydrated since my mouth was so dry and my tounge looked dented around the ages and felt dry and thick but it went away a while after I drank water, I also started freezing even though it was warm and my head feels heavy but it does often because anxiety so idk if thats dehydration. Its really hard because we cant afford AC and my bedroom is located in the hottest part of the building and I have a fan but at night I turn it off because im noise sensitive but I turn it on when I wake up the first time around 5-6 AM but I have a small pet which needs it more than me so... This morning I had 79 degrees and humid as always until I opened the window which helps since its always hotter inside. I hardly slept because its impossible to sleep in here I tried to sleep on the floor but its too hard and I just ended up pacing around really exhausted with panicked emotions that it is impossible to sleep and I can never sleep and I want to cry. Iv gotten worse dehydrated at night before like a few years ago when I woke up and could only walk a little until my eyesight blurred completely and I fell to the floor I didnt pass out but I couldnt stand on my legs I was too exhausted and I puked twice when given water but it was okay because I forced myself to drink and after a while I was normal.
