Is it normal creepy naked kid?

my next door neighbour has a 8 year old kid that likes to stand in front of my door naked, his parents have tried stopping it by yelling at him/grounding him/taking away his games but he never listens. i can't go outside either when he is there because he'll jump at me and bite my toes.

just yesterday i went in my backyard because i heard screaming and the kid was in my yard naked, he had climbed my fence. he saw me and tried to bite me so i pushed him off but he got free and headbutted me then started to lick my hair. it was really weird but i got him off and ran to my neighbours house for help.

they took him away but i'm scared he will come back. the kid also has a mental problem, idk what but i think that's why he is doing this.

    This is really something dangerous. Talk with her parents. May be sexual abuse. When I was 7 my neighbour uncle did lots of dirty things with my private part. Take some immediate steps.

    The kid could of been sexually abused, when i was like age 3 i had a cousin who was like 12-13 and she put her hand to her vagina and made me smell it so i was sexually assaulted.

    But i could remember as a kid, going out back and i was like about age 3 and i would be in the back yard playing with myself and the old neighbor guy who owned a Maw Paw store would be on the back porch but that kid is 8 so something like sexual abuse could of happened with him.

      If that kid was my neighbor I'd get myself a scary looking dog and some pepper spray. Maybe OP ought to poke the little bastard with a cattle prod?

    Dose the child have some sort of a mental disability of so you need to call CPS have them take over cause it looks lije his family isn't taking care of him the right way.

    I'd call cps if it keeps happening. The parents don't seem to be taking this problem seriously and the poor girl could injure herself running around exposed like that. not to mention she's a danger to those around her if she is attacking people. Sounds like she either has a serious untreated mental illness or possibly is being abused. In either help a cps worker will be able to get the child the help she needs
