Is it normal dog owner barking at me for staring at his dog?
I was on the bus looking my phone when all of a sudden some weirdo guy a few seats away starts accusing me of staring at his dog, he said his dog whispered to him that I was staring and it was making the dog uncomfortable and when I tried to say it was a mistake the owner started to barking at me.
