Is it normal everybody suddenly looks familiar?

Since a few days ago when I go outside everybody looks familiar. Some people just seem familiar but I can't put my finger on who they could be but most people I can actually tell like "oh yeah I saw him yesterday at the mall."

It can't be true because EVERY SINGLE person looks familiar to me. And btw I can tell on the spot that it's not real, just by logic.

It's a really strong feeling, even stronger than that which you get when you see people you actually know. It's sort of overpowering, in the sense that every time I go out I can't help but notice it all the time.

I've also been having some serious memory problems, and went to a neurologist where they took an MRI & some blood tests and they were all normal.
